Fast, Affordable Shipping
We know how important it is to get your order quickly and affordably. That’s why we work hard to process your purchase promptly—and offer free standard shipping on most orders. For orders under $49, a flat $5 shipping fee applies. Thousands of our top-selling items also qualify for free returns!
Estimated shipping times are shown on each product page. Once your order is approved and shipped, delivery typically takes up to 7 business days, depending on your location. Free shipping applies to standard delivery within the contiguous 48 U.S. states only.
Note: Free shipping and free returns apply only to qualifying items. Oversized, freight, clearance, and select designer items (including Giclée art shades, Color Plus™, and Tiffany Color Plus™) are excluded. Please refer to individual product pages for eligibility.
Out-of-Stock Items
We do our best to keep all products in stock, but sometimes high demand causes temporary sellouts. If an item in your order is out of stock, we’ll notify you by email. You’ll have the option to keep the order or cancel it. Your card won’t be charged until the item ships.
Standard Shipping Details
We use major carriers such as FedEx, UPS, USPS, and FedEx SmartPost for our standard shipping. Please allow up to 3 business days for order processing before shipment. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 7–10 business days.
Shipping charges are based on item size, weight, delivery destination, and other factors. All delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
We currently cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Freight Curbside Delivery
Heavy or oversized items are shipped via Freight Curbside Delivery using air-ride trucks for added safety. Deliveries are scheduled Monday–Friday during business hours in a 4-hour appointment window. A freight carrier will contact you to schedule delivery.
Delivery is to curbside only; additional charges may apply for remote or complex deliveries.
Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days from shipment date.
We are unable to ship freight to P.O. Boxes at this time.
APO & FPO Addresses
We proudly ship to APO and FPO addresses via USPS.
When ordering online, you may receive a message about being outside our regular shipping zones. Submit your order, and we’ll follow up with a custom shipping quote for approval. Your card will only be charged after you approve the quote.
Shipping to Canada
We accept Canadian orders paid in U.S. dollars. Please note:
Not all items (e.g., oversized or custom-made products) are eligible for international shipping.
Canadian orders do not include customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Orders may take 3–4 days to show tracking updates, as they first pass through our Toronto shipping hub.
Free shipping offers apply only to the continental U.S.
